Ways I Can Work With You

  • Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, I work closely with clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a safe, supportive environment. My aim is to identify unhelpful patterns of relating, challenges, and underlying issues and personal struggles that may be affecting relationships, or past experiences. The aim is to help clients gain deeper self-awareness and to develop healthier ways to cope, grow and make positive changes in their lives. My role is to actively listen and to help clients gradually reconnect with their true selves and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

  • Group Therapy

As a group analyst, I support clients in exploring how their interactions within the group mirror patterns in their broader relationships and everyday lives. Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to gain insight by sharing experiences and reflecting on how past relationships, especially within families, shape current behaviours. In a supportive environment, members work through challenges together, nurturing personal growth and developing healthier ways of relating. My role is to guide this process, ensuring everyone feels heard while helping the group deepen their understanding and connection with one another.

  • Couples Therapy

As a couples therapist, I focus on helping partners understand and improve their relationship by exploring patterns of communication, emotional responses and underlying issues that may be affecting the connection. In a safe space both partners are invited to express their concerns, feelings and needs. Together, we identify and address areas of conflict, explore unhelpful styles of communication and work on strengthening emotional intimacy. My role is to facilitate constructive dialogue, guiding the couple toward creating a more fulfilling and balanced relationship.

  • Pre Marital Therapy

Whether preparing for marriage or deepening a commitment to one another, premarital therapy provides a valuable space for partners to explore each other’s values, traditions and aspirations. It provides an opportunity to initiate discussions and develop strategies for navigating crucial topics such as communication styles, intimacy, finances, children and personal values. We begin a dialogue to help partners gain meaningful insights into one another, nurturing a strong and harmonious relationship as they prepare for marriage or deepen their commitment to each other.

  • Polyamorous Relationships

As an ethically non-monogamous (ENM) aware therapist, I understand that polyamorous relationships can offer a unique and deeply satisfying path to connection and intimacy. However, navigating the complexities of ethical non-monogamy requires thoughtful effort, support and understanding. In therapy, we explore how the various configurations affect connection, trust and boundaries. Whether you’re new to polyamory or experienced, I’m here to support you in building balanced, fulfilling relationships that reflect your values and desires.

  • Single-Session Therapy

If you’re experiencing a specific concern or worry that you want to address as a stand-alone issue, single-session therapy might be right for you. This approach uses a solution-focused method to provide relief during times of need. It's designed to help you work through a particular issue efficiently, making it ideal for those who feel stuck. Despite its name, single-session therapy does not limit you to just one session; you can discuss the possibility of additional sessions if necessary. This type of therapy is not recommended for complex mental health issues.
